Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting SLAs.
Oversee customer service management, including handling escalated issues and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and leadership skills.
Analyze performance metrics using management reporting tools to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in Operations Management or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
Strong understanding of Business Process Improvement principles and practices.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Proficiency in Customer Service Management software applications such as CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., reports) to inform strategic decisions.
