We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Business Development Associate to support our sales team with pre-sales coordination and post-sales client success tasks. You will play a key role in responding to client queries, nurturing leads, ensuring seamless onboarding, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Pre-Sales Support:
• Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via email, calls, or chat.
• Understand client requirements and communicate value propositions.
• Coordinate with the sales or product team to prepare customized proposals, demos, or presentations.
• Maintain CRM records, track lead stages, and follow up on warm leads.
🔹 Post-Sales Coordination:
• Assist clients after the initial sale in understanding next steps and onboarding procedures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries or concerns post-sale.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal teams (tech, ops, support).
• Educate clients about product/service features and updates to improve retention.
🔹 Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct periodic check-ins to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, client servicing, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
