Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in IT operations to drive organizational efficiency and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience, with a preference for those who have worked in IT services, software development, or tech-driven environments. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments including project delivery, HR, finance, and admin. Optimize operational workflows to enhance performance, quality, and scalability of IT services and client deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, tech leads, and senior management to ensure alignment between business goals and operational capabilities. Develop and implement SOPs, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR), and IT governance protocols. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create actionable reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Lead and support strategic initiatives such as process automation, resource planning, and digital transformation. Oversee vendor management, service contracts, procurement of IT tools/software, and vendor negotiations. Ensure risk mitigation and business continuity planning, especially in IT service delivery environments.
