Fulfilment Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Full-time Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Fulfilment & Logistics

  Build end-to-end fulfilment workflows with partner brands and 3PL providers
• Ensure timely dispatch, accurate tracking, and reliable deliveries
• Manage returns and exchanges to be fast, easy, and user-friendly

• Process Design & Execution

  Build scalable operational playbooks while staying ready to dive in and fix issues in real-time
• Work closely with brands to improve their fulfilment readiness and serviceability

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in e-commerce ops: ideally at a marketplace
• Experience setting up ops functions or scaling them in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on with fulfilment, returns, and customer support
• Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how ops works in an AI-native world
