At Alle, we are building a personal AI stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas. We’re assembling the founding team and are looking for someone who can build and lead our post-order operations from scratch. This is a 0 to 1 role - you won’t be inheriting systems, you’ll be designing them ground up. But unlike traditional ops roles, this one sits inside an AI-first company - and your systems need to reflect that. Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US. Location: Bangalore Your responsibilities will include: 1. Fulfilment Management Set up fulfilment processes with partner brands from the ground up Ensure timely dispatches, smooth deliveries, and minimal delays Create and manage return/exchange workflows that are customer-friendly and efficient 2. Customer Support & Experience Build support operations from zero - tools, teams, playbooks Handle user queries, complaints, and refunds with speed and empathy Define SLAs, track metrics, and constantly improve the support experience 3. Operational Playbooks & Firefighting Create systems that scale - while being ready to step in when things break Solve problems upstream by working closely with product, engineering, and content Take full ownership of the user experience from checkout to delivery Requirements: 4–8 years in e-commerce ops: ideally at a marketplace Experience setting up ops functions or scaling them in a fast-paced environment Hands-on with fulfilment, returns, and customer support Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how ops works in an AI-native world
