Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Business Analyst at Alle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers, product, and growth - and wants to work on redefining how Gen Z discovers and shops fashion. You’ll partner closely with product, growth, and operations to uncover insights, design experiments, and build tracking systems that inform what we build and how we scale.

Full-time Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing user behavior, funnels, and cohorts to uncover actionable insights that inform product and growth decisions
• Designing and evaluating A/B experiments across the app, with clear hypotheses and impact tracking
• Building and maintaining dashboards to monitor key business and product metrics
• Working closely with product, ops, and growth teams to structure data-backed approaches to feature development and business strategy

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a business/data analyst role, preferably in a consumer tech or e-commerce startup
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with analytical tools like Mixpanel
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where problem definitions evolve
