Role Overview:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement processes for improved efficiency and output.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

• 5–7 years

  of proven experience in operations management
