Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for Ayurvedic products and supplies. Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs to meet financial goals. Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with marketing and management teams to plan promotional activities and growth strategies. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations management; wellness or healthcare sector preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Ayurvedic or holistic wellness practices is a plus.
