Overview:
Leelajani Ayur Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at the clinic and wellness center. The role ensures smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between departments to maintain the highest standards of Ayurvedic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic clinic and wellness center.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for Ayurvedic products and supplies.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs to meet financial goals.
• Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to plan promotional activities and growth strategies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations management; wellness or healthcare sector preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic or holistic wellness practices is a plus.
