We’re looking for Community management experts to help us build stronger connections within our student communities and fuel engagement across all platforms. Role Overview: As a Community Management Associate, your core responsibility will be to drive meaningful conversations, foster engagement, and maintain the energy in iQuanta’s online communities with over 5 Lac members across Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, etc. You’ll be the voice of iQuanta within these platforms, ensuring no query goes unanswered. Key Responsibilities: Actively drive and moderate conversations in our CAT preparation groups. Answer doubts and queries related to CAT/MBA prep in real-time. Create engagement through polls, quizzes, games, and relevant discussions. Extract and nurture interested leads through smart interactions. Promote community-led learning and encourage peer-to-peer support. Collaborate with the sales and content teams to drive conversions. Uphold and build upon iQuanta’s legacy of 24x7 doubt-solving support. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of CAT and MBA-related topics. Experience in community-led engagement or sales is a big plus. Ability to drive organic conversations and build relationships. Prior experience managing online communities is preferred. Being a CAT aspirant or having appeared for CAT is a strong advantage. Show more Show less
