Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the timely and efficient execution of various organizational projects across departments. This role requires a highly organized, mature, and proactive professional who can coordinate effectively with multiple teams, ensure adherence to turnaround timelines, and maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple projects assigned from time to time, ensuring completion within defined timelines.
Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
Understand, structure, and streamline workflows for improved efficiency and accountability.
Track progress of ongoing projects and flag potential delays or challenges proactively.
Prepare periodic reports and updates for management on project status and operational performance.
Build strong, positive, and professional relationships with internal teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Uphold organizational standards of communication, behavior, and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong project coordination and time management abilities.
Mature, disciplined, and highly responsible individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Sound understanding of organizational workflows and operational systems.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling information and interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination roles.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects or working with multi-departmental teams.
Work Environment:
Full-time, on-site role.
May require occasional travel between branches or offices for project coordination.
