Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations across fleet, driver management, and customer service.
• Ensure timely execution of rides, airport services, and B2B/B2C operations.
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation (vehicles, manpower, scheduling).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Operations / Management (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Mobility, Logistics, or Service Industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Ride-Hailing or EV-based Mobility Services.
• Proven track record of handling large teams and end-to-end operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and ERP/CRM software.
