Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MBA professional to lead and manage our day-to-day media operations across print and digital divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership — preferably within media, publishing, or digital marketing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across print, digital, and marketing functions.

• Build and implement efficient workflows between editorial, marketing, and sales teams.

• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and cross-department coordination.

• Analyze performance metrics (content reach, ad revenue, cost efficiency) and suggest improvements.

• Lead a team of editors, designers, and digital marketers to meet deadlines and KPIs.

• Support top management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

• Drive digital transformation and automation of business processes.

Candidate Profile

• MBA (Operations / Marketing / Media Management preferred).

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in media, publishing, or marketing operations.

• Strong understanding of print workflows, digital content platforms, and ad monetization.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and timelines effectively.

• Based in or open to relocating to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
