We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Manager to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day activities and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational processes and ensure seamless execution
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and coordination of staff (e.g., doctors/employees)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve operational issues
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Manage inventory, logistics, or software systems as per business needs
• Support hiring and training initiatives
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations or administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic software tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Organized and self-motivated with a team-first mindset
