As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Executive to join our India team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New Delhi NCR region with a preference for Faridabad where the warehouse is. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll keep our India operations running smoothly, from managing vendors and office infrastructure to coordinating imports, inventory, repairs, and financial processes. You’ll be the linchpin holding together the pieces of our local operations puzzle. ● Office & Vendor Management: Oversee office space, supplies, utilities, and vendor relationships; ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the primary point of contact for customer service via the office phone. ● Import & Shipping Management: Handle all paperwork, coordination, and communication related to imports and order shipments. ● Inventory & Stockroom Oversight: Maintain organized inventory and stock levels to support product readiness. ● Repairs & Customer Service Support: Perform basic repairs and coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolutions. ● Financial & Legal Administration: Manage petty cash, invoices, legal paperwork, and banking relationships with precision and integrity. What We’re Looking For: ● 3+ years proven experience in office administration, operations, or finance. ● Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. ● Fluency in English and Hindi. ● Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Business Suite) ● Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay cool under pressure, and adapt to evolving needs with a positive, proactive attitude. ● Experience with import/export coordination, vendor management, or basic product repairs is a big plus.
