Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager/Hotel Manager at Svenska Design Hotels, a prestigious European boutique hotel chain from Sweden, located in a 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals, maximize occupancy rates, and control operational expenses. You will lead, train, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a positive work culture. Maintaining and enhancing the hotel's reputation by ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and personalized guest services will be key aspects of your role. Your expertise in managing and optimizing both online and offline marketing efforts to attract new clientele will be highly valuable. Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly, exceeding their expectations, will be essential in maintaining guest satisfaction. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in the hotel industry with at least 2 years of unit leadership experience. Strong financial acumen and the ability to work within budgetary constraints are required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management. A dynamic, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
