Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations, implementing long-term strategies, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Strengthen relationships with current clients and collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regularly reviewing and improving them as needed. Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and executives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Monitor key customer satisfaction metrics, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience. Conduct root cause analysis of SLA deviations and develop action plans to resolve issues. Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational metrics such as productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT). Evaluate employee performance and take appropriate personnel actions when necessary. Handle escalated issues and requests from internal and external clients and employees, providing feedback and guidance to staff. Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring business continuity. Utilise data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Leverage tools and technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any stream. 5-7 years of experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Previous experience in background verification (BGV) operations is preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills. Highly motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently. A passion for innovation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
