Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry and ledger posting.
• Support in preparation of vouchers (payment, receipt, and journal).
• Help in the reconciliation of bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records and files.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for
• invoice clarification and payment processing.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally,) is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
