Operations Manager

About the Role

Eduport is hiring an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our offline campuses. This role is responsible for identifying, resolving, and preventing quality-related issues across operations, academics, infrastructure, and services.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and campus stakeholders to maintain and elevate our offline learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own campus quality standards across academics, operations, infrastructure, and support services.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Conduct periodic audits and feedback evaluations to track and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with on-ground teams, academic heads, operations staff, and vendors to drive improvements.
• Develop SOPs and quality frameworks to ensure consistency across campuses.
• Monitor compliance and escalate deviations with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing quality or operations in offline education or multi-location service environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systems mindset – not just fix but prevent.
• Excellent coordination and execution abilities across internal and external offline stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills; must be proactive in identifying issues and leading solutions.
• Experience in handling on-ground campus operations or service delivery is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,605.53 - ₹35,000.00 per month
