Key Responsibilities:
◾ Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure targets are met.
◾ Monitor team performance and implement strategies for efficiency.
◾ Ensure quality standards and compliance with process guidelines.
◾ Handle client communication and reporting.
◾ Develop and mentor team leads for performance enhancement.
◾ Manage workforce planning, attrition, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
◾ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in a BPO (preferably outbound voice process).
◾ Strong leadership and team management skills.
◾ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
◾ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
◾ Experience in US-based processes is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
