Operations Manager

Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on overseeing the smooth execution of various projects, ensuring they are implemented according to best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 3-5 Project Coordinators/Team Leaders, overseeing their daily support for various projects and ensuring timely deliverables. - Analyze business data from multiple sources to support marketing campaigns and programs. - Understand consumer behavior patterns to aid in decision-making and communication planning. - Identify and address operational issues and opportunities, develop and review operational policies and procedures. - Utilize data analysis to draw insights and make recommendations for optimization. - Provide analyses of customer data to improve outcomes and optimize operations. - Drive continuous improvement in projects to meet and exceed business objectives. - Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies through continuous improvement techniques. - Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission and improve management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning. - Contribute to long-term planning initiatives focused on operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Operations or a related technical field, MBA or Masters degree preferred. - 4-5 years of experience in operations management, shared services, or customer service environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Advanced Excel for data mining, MIS, and business analysis. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and address business requirements. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, coach, mentor, and lead by example. - Experience in handling changing priorities and making effective decisions in stressful situations. - Ability to develop others into higher levels of leadership within an organization. - Familiarity with agile methodologies for project and service delivery tracking.
