Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on overseeing the smooth execution of various projects, ensuring they are implemented according to best practices. You will be responsible for managing internal operations teams, developing plans, managing procedures, and coaching team members to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve accelerating development and ensuring long-term success by maintaining high standards of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 3-5 Project Coordinators/Team Leaders, overseeing their daily support for various projects and ensuring timely deliverables. - Analyze business data from multiple sources to support marketing campaigns and programs. - Understand consumer behavior patterns to aid in decision-making and communication planning. - Identify and address operational issues and opportunities, develop and review operational policies and procedures. - Utilize data analysis to draw insights and make recommendations for optimization. - Provide analyses of customer data to improve outcomes and optimize operations. - Drive continuous improvement in projects to meet and exceed business objectives. - Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies through continuous improvement techniques. - Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission and improve management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning. - Contribute to long-term planning initiatives focused on operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Operations or a related technical field, MBA or Masters degree preferred. - 4-5 years of experience in operations management, shared services, or customer service environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Advanced Excel for data mining, MIS, and business analysis. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and address business requirements. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, coach, mentor, and lead by example. - Experience in handling changing priorities and making effective decisions in stressful situations. - Ability to develop others into higher levels of leadership within an organization. - Familiarity with agile methodologies for project and service delivery tracking.
