Key Responsibilities:
· Lead operations and ensure process standardization across stores.
· Manage and mentor store managers and shift leads.
· Track KPIs: order volume, delivery time, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
· Budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs.
· Coordinate with central kitchen and supply chain for inventory alignment.
· Drive new store rollouts and ensure audit compliance.
Required Skills / Experience:
· 6–12 years in multi-unit F&B operations.
· Proven leadership, P&L understanding, and process standardization skills.
· Experience in cloud-kitchen or multi-outlet operations is essential.
