Role Overview:


As the HR Head, you will lead and shape the full HR function across all verticals, from central kitchen teams to delivery outlets and office staff. You’ll play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and fostering a positive culture aligned with our business goals.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic HR Leadership

 • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

 • Be a strategic advisor to the leadership team on organizational structure, people management, and HR best practices.


2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

 • Lead end-to-end recruitment for HO, kitchen, store, and delivery teams.

 • Build strong employer branding to attract top talent in the hospitality sector.

 • Plan workforce as per operational needs and manage headcount cost-effectively.


3. Employee Engagement & Culture

 • Drive a positive work culture rooted in performance, respect, and integrity.

 • Launch and manage employee engagement programs, grievance redressal forums, and team-building initiatives.


4. Performance Management & Learning

 • Implement structured appraisal systems, KPIs, and growth plans for all departments.

 • Identify training needs; develop and execute L&D programs for operations and leadership teams.


5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

 • Ensure competitive, fair, and compliant compensation structures.

 • Oversee payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HRMS systems.

 • Maintain updated HR policies in line with labor laws and FSSAI/hospitality industry norms.


6. Operational HR & SOPs

 • Standardize HR SOPs across kitchens, outlets, and offices.

 • Support manpower planning, shift rotations, attendance tracking, and leave policies.



Qualifications & Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.

 • 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the hospitality/QSR/hotel industry.

 • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, F&B HR operations, and compliance frameworks.

 • Proven leadership with hands-on experience in hiring, retention, and people development.

 • Proficient in HR software/HRMS tools and modern HR practices.

 • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 • Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-unit environments and field operations.
