Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support and streamline multi-store hospitality operations. The Operations Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations tasks, ensuring smooth running of the business. The ideal candidate should be:

• Experienced in managing F&B operations across multiple outlets
• Experienced in working with Cloud Kitchens
• Strongly systems- and SOP-driven, with the ability to implement and maintain structured processes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with operational tools and dashboards
• A team player with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Eager to take initiative and grow in a fast-paced, scaling environment
