Key Responsibilities

1 Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure process efficiency

2 Coordinate between teams to streamline project delivery and client servicing

3 Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements

4 Support management in planning, reporting, and performance tracking

5 Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and maintain quality standards

6 Assist in team management, training, and operational documentation

Skills & Competencies

1 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

2 Excellent communication and coordination abilities

3 Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools

4 Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

5 Leadership and team-handling experience preferred
