TCS hiring for Operation Manager (Process/VBT Operation) @ Mumbai location

Role: Operation Manager

Location: Mumbai

Exp Range: 5 - 10 Yrs

Skill Required:

Must Have

5+ years of experience in handling teams (operations, deliveries, skills development, process improvements, recruitment, training, mentoring, contracts, budget estimations)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; problem solving, decision making, analytics and articulation; presentation skills; attention to details
Adept in communicating and collaborating with both senior and junior resources
Good at motivating team members
Customer focused and result-driven
Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to quickly devise, test and implement new tools, technologies and processes

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for managing high-volume production, resources, and quality of processes and output.
The suitable candidate will have a background in team and delivery management.
