(Electricals) Full time job Salary: Best in the industry Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to avoid disruptions Manage service contracts and vendor relationships Housekeeping & Cleanliness Supervise janitorial staff and cleaning schedules Ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas Implement waste management and recycling programs Safety & Security Maintain building security systems (CCTV, access control) Conduct regular safety audits and emergency drills Ensure compliance with fire safety and health regulations Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage facility budgets Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities Approve procurement of supplies and equipment Team & Vendor Management Lead facility staff and assign responsibilities Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts Space Planning & Utilization Optimize use of office space and layout Support workplace moves, expansions, or renovations Maintain updated floor plans and occupancy data Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to local laws, building codes, and environmental standards Maintain records of inspections, permits, and certifications Prepare reports for senior management Sustainability Initiatives Implement energy-saving measures and green practices Monitor utility usage and reduce environmental impact Promote eco-friendly policies among staff
