Monitor spending and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Analyze variances and report on financial performance. 3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversee billing, collections, and vendor payments. Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding receivables. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely disbursements. 4. Compliance and Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and tax laws. Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits. File statutory returns such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc. 5. Team Management Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Allocate tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and review their work. Provide training and guidance as needed. 6. Internal Controls and Process Improvement Implement and monitor internal financial controls. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Standardize accounting processes and policies. 7. Stakeholder Reporting Provide financial insights and reports to senior management. Support decision-making with accurate financial analysis. 8. Collaborate with departments like HR, Operations, and Sales.
Manage daily operations encompassing facility building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), maintenance, and workplace services. Supervise teams, including hiring, training, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and mentoring The Muse. Foster client relationships and deliver hospitality-driven workplace experience aligned with client needs. Collaborate with FM/Engineering and Workplace Experience COEs to implement initiatives and programs. Monitor contract compliance, operational metrics (SLA/KPI), and escalations; lead site audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness efforts. Develop operating and capital budgets; report on financial performance and implement cost-saving and sustainability measures. Create policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. Design strategic facility management objectives, oversee capital projects, and support continuous improvement.
