Job Title: Strategy & Operations manager

Einstein Box is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Strategy & Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of new product launches, procurement, raw material planning, inventory allocation across 250+ SKUs, and vendor management — all while working closely with production, R&D, and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on new product launches with cross-functional teams
• Lead your team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, strategic alignment, and impactful business outcomes
• Drive procurement cost analysis & vendor negotiations
• Oversee inventory, audits, and order fulfilment
• Lead and mentor a team of Associates
• Optimize stock levels and ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

✅ B.Tech/MBA preferred

✅ 1–5 years of experience (Operations Preferred)

✅ Strong analytical, data management & Excel skills

✅ Experience in vendor management and performance assessment

✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities

📍 Location: Full-time role at Einstein Box, Delhi
