We are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our back-office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient client experience. + Role & Responsibilities As an Operations Manager, you will: Manage and optimize back-office operations – account opening, KYC, client onboarding & transaction execution. Oversee daily operations of client portfolios, investment processing, and reporting. Coordinate with AMCs, custodians, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless execution. Provide operational support to Relationship Managers and clients. Ensure accuracy in reconciliation and timely settlements. Monitor operational risks and recommend process improvements. + Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience (0-3 years) in wealth management operations, fund administration, or financial services preferred . Strong knowledge of KYC, compliance, and transaction processing. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
