+ Role & Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage and optimize back-office operations – account opening, KYC, client onboarding & transaction execution.
• Oversee daily operations of client portfolios, investment processing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with AMCs, custodians, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide operational support to Relationship Managers and clients.
• Ensure accuracy in reconciliation and timely settlements.
• Monitor operational risks and recommend process improvements.

+ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience (0-3 years) in wealth management operations, fund administration, or financial services

  preferred

  .
• Strong knowledge of KYC, compliance, and transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
