Job description About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead the Procurement & Inventory verticals at Einstein Box. This role involves managing the company’s overall requirements related to the procurement and inventory management of products for global sales. The position demands strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Perform cost analysis and benchmarking exercises to negotiate costs and make informed decisions. Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead a team of Associates and tracking KPIs. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage the resolution of discrepancies. Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess stock. Create and publish reports in a timely manner and update trackers for data management. Ensure effective internal stakeholder and external vendor management. Take full ownership of raw material management and plan the inventory allocation for over 50 SKUs. Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with the marketing and R&D departments for the launch of new products. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an Engineering degree is a plus. 1-5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in performance assessment and vendor management.
