Operations Manager- E Commerce Agency

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead and streamline the end-to-end operations of our E-Commerce Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing marketplace operations, team leadership, process optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Oversee complete e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
• Ensure timely execution of listings, cataloging, promotions, PPC campaigns, pricing updates, A+ content, and order management.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory flow, and marketplace health metrics to maintain compliance and growth.
• Optimize operational workflows and introduce process improvements for efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers, Executives, Designers, and Analysts.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate closely with the IT, Creative, PPC, SEO, and Client Servicing teams for project alignment.

3. Client Relationship & Communication

• Serve as the primary escalation point for client operations-related concerns.
• Participate in client meetings, provide performance updates, and ensure expectations are met.
• Manage client onboarding, requirement gathering, and SOP creation.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics across campaigns, listings, operations, and growth KPIs.
• Share insights, forecasts, and improvement strategies with senior leadership.
• Create structured MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers.

5. Compliance, Quality Control & Issue Resolution

• Ensure marketplace compliance for listings, ads, and product content.
• Handle operational issues including listing suppression, order delays, account health violations, and chargebacks.
• Conduct regular quality audits for listing accuracy, PPC performance, and creative deliverables.

6. Strategic Planning

• Work with leadership to set the growth roadmap for the e-commerce department.
• Identify new tools, platforms, automation systems, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Support business development by assisting in proposals, capability decks, and operational insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations within an IT services, digital agency, or marketplace domain.
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC management, cataloging, listings, SEO, promotions, and account health.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience working with global e-commerce clients (US, UK, CA, EU).
• Knowledge of automation tools, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to train teams and lead department-wide SOP implementation.
• Experience in handling escalations and running operations at scale.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
