We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficiency across departments.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing workflow, implementing policies, and ensuring smooth execution of organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.

· Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

· Coordinate between departments (HR, Marketing, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless workflow.

· Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

· Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

· Manage vendor and client relationships to support business needs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.

· Support recruitment, training, and team development activities.

· Assist management in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.

· Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of operational processes, project management, and business administration.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in digital marketing, IT services, or service-based industries.
• Strong background in team management and process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.52 - ₹35,000.98 per month
