Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations across company’s portfolio
• Supervise inspection agents during property onboarding, tenant move-ins, and move-outs
• Manage vendor partners for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair jobs
• Handle tenant and homeowner escalations with empathy and quick resolution
• Oversee property refurbishments post tenant exit to ensure fast turnaround
• Track SLAs, costs, and quality across operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Build and mentor a strong ground ops team that can scale with company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Facility/Project Management, or related technical field (NICMAR or equivalent background a plus)
• 4–6 years of experience in site operations, facilities management, hospitality operations, or real estate services
• Experience supervising technicians/vendors across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades
• Strong technical understanding of property maintenance and repair workflows
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (homeowners, tenants, vendors, team members) with clear communication and ownership
• Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of property maintenance workflows (civil, MEP, finishing)
• Familiarity with vendor management systems and SLA tracking
• Ability to use spreadsheets and basic dashboards to track ops metrics
• Strong problem-solving mindset with technical grounding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
