About The Role
We are looking for an
Operations Manager (Design Quality)
who is eager to apply technical and analytical skills in the semiconductor industry. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving adherence to design flows and improving predictability by installing lessons learnt feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve design methodologies aligned with external and internal quality benchmarks.
- Define and monitor quality metrics across RTL-to-GDSII stages, ensuring adherence to design readiness requirements.
- Integrate post-silicon feedback into design methodologies to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve throughput.
- Drive cross-functional execution and risk mitigation across SoC and IP development.
- Establish dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with real-time design health and KPI visibility.
- Champion rollout of best practices, checklists, and frameworks across global teams.
- Facilitate DFMEA/PFMEA sessions to identify failure modes and define mitigation strategies.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with industry and customer requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor design, quality assurance, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of design flows, and scripting/programming languages.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks for semiconductor design.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, risk management, and technical reviews.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis).
