Are you passionate about scaling logistics operations in the fast-paced D2C & E-commerce space? Delta Velocity is looking for an Operations Manager with proven experience in logistics aggregator startups and fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key accounts, logistics companies, and fulfillment partners.
• Drive operational excellence across shipping, warehousing, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations for D2C clients.
• Launch & Optimize processes for cost efficiency, service quality, and scalability.
• Track, analyze, and improve logistics performance metrics.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in logistics aggregator startups (Shiprocket, NimbusPost, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in fulfillment & last-mile delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of D2C & E-commerce operations.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and key account management skills.
