Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering service operations, enhancing CRM & Inventory management process, and ensuring effective communication within the services team. This is an on-site role that requires a proactive approach for MIS reporting and workflow management. Job Role: Operations Manager Industry: Kitchen Appliances Preferred candidate should be from Kitchen Appliances or Consumer Durable industry Experience: 5-8 Years Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in customer service and service conflict resolution. Solid understanding of Inventory Management of spares & CRM. Prior experience in Operations Manager is a mandate. Proficiency in MS-Excel. Technical troubleshooting and Repair management. Team leadership & Performance Optimization. Process Improvement & Efficiency Enhancement. Proficiency in workflow management of spares parts inventory.
