Role Overview

Operations Manager

This is a hybrid role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution: you’ll align closely with Sales, Revenue, Product, and Tech teams, ensure operational excellence, and relentlessly push for efficiency and impact.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Capacity Planning

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Operations team (5–15 members).
  • Assess

    team capacity and skill alignment

    to meet business needs.
  • Ensure team members are trained on the right tools, SOPs, and systems.
  • Proactively identify talent gaps and

    hire accordingly

    to maintain quality and scale.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Set measurable goals and ensure accountability.

Process & SOP Management

  • Own and continuously improve SOPs across Operations, Sales, and Revenue.
  • Eliminate redundancy by transitioning tasks into streamlined workflows.
  • Implement automation and scalable systems.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the operations backbone for Sales, Revenue, and Product.
  • Work closely with

    Product & Tech teams

    :
  • Identify and track bugs affecting operations.
  • Raise feature requests for new workflows or process improvements.
  • Continuously optimize internal tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth campaign/RFP execution.
  • Drive clarity and visibility across teams.

Reporting & Data

  • Build dashboards and trackers for leadership visibility.
  • Deliver monthly OKRs tied to company growth.
  • Use data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Quality & Audits

  • Run structured audits to ensure service quality.
  • Build feedback loops for continuous optimization.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in

    Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops

    (hospitality or startup preferred).
  • Strong people leadership.
  • Proven ability to build processes and implement tools in fast-paced setups.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL a plus).
  • High agency and urgency
