🚨 Hiring: Operations Manager – Noida (with occasional travel to Bhubaneswar)

About the Role:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall
office administration
and ensure operational efficiency across locations.
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
Oversee
vendor management
,
facility management
, and
budget planning
.
Manage
IT infrastructure
operations, including system compliance and IT asset management.
Coordinate and support
IT and ISO audits
, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to support
operations, delivery, and process improvements
.
Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and compliance records.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum
12 years of relevant experience
in operations, administration, and HR.
Strong knowledge of
IT compliance and infrastructure
.
Experience in handling
audits (IT and ISO)
is a must.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice
will be preferred.
