About the Role

Delivery Excellence Specialist

Enhance customer experience through coaching, enablement, and fact-based decision-making.
Drive visibility, repeatability, consistency, and predictability in delivery engagements.
Lead practice-level initiatives that quantitatively improve delivery maturity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and implement
ISO 20K
practices in line with the
ITIL framework
.
Enable and train teams on service management processes.
Lead
service design
, rollout, and enablement across practices.
Conduct
engagement audits
and lead ISO 20K certification programs.
Design and deploy
scorecards and dashboards
to measure service maturity.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Work with leadership to promote
self-organizing teams
within an enterprise setup.
Conduct trainings and drive service improvement initiatives.
Present insights and performance updates to customers.

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years’ experience in
Infrastructure Managed Services
and
Service Management
(ITIL-based).
Hands-on experience with
ITSM tools
.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of
IT infrastructure landscapes
and
cloud technologies
.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and innovative thinker.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to
Six Sigma initiatives
.
Experience in
Power BI visualization
and reporting.
