Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at our company located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across various departments. Your exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication will be essential in conveying strategies, reports, and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operational activities to enhance efficiency, implementing and refining operational processes to boost productivity and reduce costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives. Monitoring key performance indicators, preparing performance reports for senior management, and identifying opportunities for process improvement will be key aspects of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for managing operational budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, as well as leading, training, and mentoring operations staff to foster a high-performing team. Presenting findings, plans, and progress updates to executive leadership, clients, and team members in a clear, confident, and professional manner will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) and have 2-3 years of proven experience in operations or related management roles. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, exceptional presentation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements.
