Operations Manager

Job Requirements

We are seeking a presentable, confident, and dynamic professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company for Business Development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-opening operations for new branches.
• Oversee post-opening operational activities for both new and existing branches.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market in Thrissur and nearby areas.
