Key Responsibilities :-
1. Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports (wholesale & retail).
2. Record sales and purchase bills in the accounting system and ensure accuracy in wholesale and retail billing processes.
3. Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash closing. Maintain cash book and reconcile with physical cash.
4. Prepare and update monthly bank reconciliation statements. Track deposits, withdrawals, and cheque clearances.
5. Record and verify all payments and receipts (both cash and bank). Maintain supporting vouchers and documentation.
6. Maintain records of receivables and payables. Follow up with customers and suppliers for timely settlements.
7. Prepare and maintain purchase orders and sales orders as required. Coordinate with vendors and the sales team for smooth transactions.
8. Assist the sales team in wholesale and retail operations. Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
