This is a target-based field role suitable for a senior candidate with a proven track record in payment collection and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for field collection of outstanding payments from clients. Achieve monthly collection and sales targets. Conduct regular visits to clients/customers for follow-up and relationship management. Identify and convert sales opportunities related to logistics services. Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager. Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for reconciliation and issue resolution. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in collections and field sales , preferably in logistics or related sectors. Strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets. Language: Fluency in Malayalam & basic English/Hindi preferred.
