IT Support Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about IT and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and software.
• Support system updates, backups, and security protocols.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the ticketing system.
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
