We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about IT and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and software. Support system updates, backups, and security protocols. Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the ticketing system. Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking. Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and computer hardware. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
