Job Summary

Mega Freight Movers Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to manage and support our ERP software system (Green Trans ERP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with users across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for the Green Trans ERP system.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the ERP vendor when needed.
• Support internal users with login, access, and data-related concerns.
• Ensure smooth and error-free functioning of ERP across departments.
• Assist with ERP updates, installations, configurations, and testing.
• Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Provide user training on ERP features as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Support or ERP Support.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (experience with Green Trans ERP preferred).
• Experience in the Logistics & Transportation industry is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve user queries efficiently.
• Any Graduate.
