Open Location: Vapi, Dahej - Gujarat , Nagpur, - Maharashtra , Indore - Madhya Pradesh , Raipur - Chhattisgarh.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Gross)

Role Overview:

Mega Freight Movers Limited is hiring Traffic Incharge to handle daily truck placement, vendor empanelment, freight negotiation, and smooth execution of transport operations. The role requires strong experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) road transport with a focus on cost control, vendor management, and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for suitable vendors and empanel them..
• Reduce long hire time and negotiate effectively to ensure trucks are placed at the correct cost.
• Mentor Traffic In charges and streamline purchase processes.
• Coordinate with vendor development & fleet teams to manage peak demand.
• Ensure placement of trucks within 24 hours as per branch/business requirements.
• Develop vendors based on branch demand and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Provide timely responses to enquiries raised by sales managers.
• Fill RFQ cost sheets accurately and without errors.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in traffic / transport procurement.
• Hands-on exposure to FTL road transport operations of large companies.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and operational execution skills.
• Industry : Logistics , Transportation preferrable.
