Job Description

Position: Traffic Incharge

Job Summary:

We re looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing day-to-day traffic and logistics operations. The role mostly revolves around coordinating with customers and vendors, arranging trucks on time, and keeping track of overall movement so things don t get stuck in between. It s a job where you constantly deal with real-time issues, so being calm and quick with solutions definitely helps.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly with customers and vendors about vehicle requirements, schedules, and updates.

Arrange and place trucks as per daily operational needs.

Handle general traffic operations, including tracking, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth dispatch.

Check LR details, maintain proper documentation, and verify truck sizes based on load requirements.

Resolve on-ground challenges and coordinate with the team to avoid delays.

Maintain proper flow of information between all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Prior experience in traffic/logistics operations (experience in a similar role is preferred).

Good understanding of LR, vehicle types, and truck size variations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with vendors and customers confidently.

Someone who can think on their feet and handle problems without losing momentum.

Basic computer knowledge for handling daily operational records.
