Colection cum Sales Executive

Nextday Logistics India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Collection cum Sales Executive to join our team. This is a target-based field role suitable for a senior candidate with a proven track record in payment collection and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for field collection of outstanding payments from clients.
• Achieve monthly collection and sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to clients/customers for follow-up and relationship management.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities related to logistics services.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for reconciliation and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections and field sales, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam & basic English/Hindi preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,732.81 - ₹30,330.26 per month
